Geashill School Scoil na Croise Naofa

Since September 2008 we have worked on reducing energy in our school.
In each class we :

• Switch off sockets
• Switch off lights when leaving the room
• Keep doors closed
• Pull down blinds every evening to help act as an insulator.

With these actions we are already seeing a reduction in the amount of electricity we are using.

We will be assessed in March and hopefully we will be awarded our second green flag.
