Geashill School Scoil na Croise Naofa

Here is a picture of children in 3rd & 4th Class 2012-2013 with their teacher Mrs Hyland.

In Art the children worked together to create beautful fish, as part of a school display at Carlow Cathedral. After choosing a design they all had a role in completing these masterpieces.

3rd & 4th Classes have been practising their hockey skills over the last few weeks. They also enjoyed throwing and catching with scoopers.

In Science 3rd & 4th classes have been looking at the importance of the Wheel. In groups they made carts. It was hard work getting the wheels to turn freely.

3rd & 4th Classes have been writing lovely poetry!
